    TECHNICAL DIRECTOR

    HDSA is looking for a Part- Time Technical Director . Our goal is to improve the quality of soccer in our District .The Technical Director would be building a strong relationship in our soccer community while working with the volunteers, coaches and players in the various clubs. This individual will report to the HDSA Board of Directors or specifically to the HDSA Player Coach Development Director.
     
    Responsibilities -
    For overseeing the District Player Development programs and Coaching Development within the District by supporting the clubs in the District .  Also develop new programs for players and coaches.

    Requirements
    - Minimum Ontario Coaching OSA License B
    - Excellent teaching and communication skills
    - Coaching experience with a wide variety of player skills
    - Excellent organizational and management abilities


    The ideal candidate should have 5 years in the soccer community and be available to work weekends and evenings.

    Director of Player and Coaching Development - Responsible for ensuring coordination of Player and Coaching Development within the District. This includes the District Team and all developmental training programs and / or other such programs in the future. The Director will also be the liaison with the Club Head Coaches providing them with information from the District and OSA. The Director will report to the Board of Directors such information and concerns as required concerning player and coaching development.
